Cutting Edge Training in Trades opened its doors in August 2017 with one mission: to provide accessible, high-quality career training that leads directly to employment. We partner with employers across Wisconsin to ensure our graduates are job-ready from day one.
We started by addressing a critical gap in the workforce — too many people wanted to break into healthcare and skilled trades but couldn't afford years of school or didn't know where to start. Cutting Edge was built to solve that. Our accelerated programs strip away everything unnecessary and focus on exactly what employers need.
Today we offer programs in healthcare administration, medical billing and coding, and entry-level welding — all with job placement support built in. We're not just a school. We're a career launch pad.
