Cutting Edge Training Academy’s Train on Trades Expo, held in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, gives middle school and high school students an opportunity to explore skilled trades and discover career paths they can begin preparing for early.

A unique part of the program is the Middle School Simulation Experience, where students are given an adult profile and challenged to make real-life decisions as an adult and parent. They must budget their income, purchase everyday necessities, manage expenses, and make decisions that impact their simulated family. This hands-on experience helps students understand financial responsibility, career choices, and the realities of adulthood while encouraging them to think about their future.
