Accelerated Clinical Medical Assistant Combo Training (Offered In-Person) – This training teaches students how to successfully take patient vital signs, assist providers with exams and procedures, administer injections or medications, perform EKG, phlebotomy, and other essential laboratory procedures. In addition, students learn how to check patients in and out upon arrival and departure, answer phone calls, answer questions and update/ maintain electronic records.  

 

 

Accelerated Phlebotomy Technician Training (Offered Virtually & In- Person) – This training teaches students the background required knowledge to properly understand the techniques involved in Phlebotomy. Students will learn how to identify and select equipment and supplies used in blood collection, collect, handle and process blood specimens, locate appropriate veins for blood collection, sterilizing collection site, labeling and handling of blood specimens and safely disposing of blood.

 

 

Accelerated Certified Medical Administrative Assistant (Offered Virtually & In- Person) – This training teaches students how to review and answer practice correspondence, operate computer systems to accomplish tasks, answer calls, schedule appointments, greet patients and maintain files, update, and maintain patient and other practice – specific information, coordinate operation reports such as time and attendance.

 

 

 

 

Customer Service/ Call Center Specialist (Offered Virtually & In- Person) – Within this training program students will learn workforce readiness skills through employability concepts. They will learn safety, ethics, respect, teamwork, communication, telephone, and email techniques along with marketing strategies and cash handling.

 

 

 

Accelerated Entry – Level Welding (Offered In- Person, (3) – Weeks Virtually Optional) – Within this training program students will learn the fundamentals of entry- level welding which includes, but not limited to: – Safety and health of welders – Drawing and welding symbol interpretations – Thermal cutting processes OFC, PAC, CAC-A and mechanized OFC – Welding processes SMAW, GMAW, FCAW or GTAW.

 

 

 

 

Forklift / DOT Hazmat (Offered Virtually & In- Person) = Within this training program will learn the OSHA guidelines, standards and current amendments pertaining to the industry. Students will also learn how to safely operate a forklift, pre operation inspections of equipment, principles of material handling equipment, HAZMAT labeling and procedures for shipping, receiving, and storing HAZMAT material safely.
